Xenon HID kit in VX Berlina Projector Headlights

I recently got a Xenon HID kit, but i haven't put them in because they're illegal with my standard non projector head lamps on my car.

I was wondering if anyone know if i buy these headlights the HID kit would be legal, and i wouldn't have any trouble with the cops? Thanks.

Still wont be legal if you put the projector lights in as your car didnt come with HIDs from the factory.
Cars with HIDs standard come with come with headlight washers and some auto leveling system.

I thought they were legal in projectors because they have the cut off beam on low beam, but not in standard headlights.
