That's true. But i also think its a 50/50 thing with not lasting long enough, and getting used to the smell. For instance ill put in a new magic tree, a week later and im used to the smell and it is not as noticeable as when i first put it in. However a passenger will be able to smell it perfectly. Same rules apply to houses. You smell nothing in your living room, but guests will.
Everyone knows the pine trees, get one of them in Rainbow (they're hard to get) but fark they are good.
agreed most air fresheners don't last more than a couple of days. but I now use this stuff in a small aerosole can, it comes in a variety of fragrances and sprays a foam rather than a mist. If I spray it on the carpet & seats, seems to last me a month or more (depends how much I use the car). Smells good too.
None. Whenever I get into someone's car that has an air freshener I always think it smells like a toilet.

Those ones that are a chrome mag with a scented rotor inside...Hang 'em in front of the vents and you'll smell it all the time.
