    Had a small boo boo resulting in a dislocated shoulder and broken arm(greater tuberosity). I'm told it's one of the most painful fractures you can have. At the time I thought what I felt was the muscle going, they tell me now what I felt was the fracture running down the bone :D

    Fingers crossed one day I will be pain free.

    My wife and youngest son spent three months in Cyprus over the period October last year to January, with a side trip to Rome. My second youngest son and I joined them for the last five weeks, with all of us heading to Israel for a side trip during this time.

    I have done a fair amount of travelling OS, but this was the first in a long time where I was not living out of a suitcase in hotels. I enjoyed it more than any other holiday I have ever experienced.

    Nest holiday? Maybe six months in Cyprus towards the end of this year?

    Trying to get off the stuff. All those drugs are bad for the gut and I have enough problems there from all the anti-inflammatory drugs I took years ago.

    I go out into the bush for the odd weekend here and there with mates for my holidays... When I actually take my holiday weeks from work I do nothing and try to save my money.
