i managed to come across that nuckinfuts video today, not sure who was a bigger toss, the driver or the guy from the burnout crew, kicked his car, then tries to sling him

I agree with this.
If I'm standing in front of a vehicle and the driver is revving it and feathering the brake so it makes small advances I would kick it multiple times on the way past. On any of those brake releases if the driver had made any small mistake those marshals would be in the hospital or worse.
