Fuel pump went a few weeks ago, replaced it myself and had to replace all the vapour lines and vents from tank. Since then its cut out when turning right medium/hard with less then 1/3 of a tank of fuel.

Took it apart today to double check it all and it still does it.

Quite sure its in correct got it in and moved it right hit a baffle moved it left hit a baffle. Filled it up till it was filling the spout couple of days ago and still does it.

Anyone had this problem?

Someone put a really detailed explanation on here as to why this happens. Its because a little hose falls off on the inside of the tank. I will try to find the explanation, it was only recent.

Make sure you didnt get the draw tube and the return tube mixed up. This happened on a 3800 powered Bedford van my boss used to have, and because the return tube opens out slightly higher up than the draw, it only gets fuel in it when its above a certain level.

I'm quite sure ive got that hose connected

Its held on with a funny clamp?

How is it held on in the tank?

Mine might have broken in the tank. Looks liek its gonna be fun to fix this :bang:

I'll get the tank diagrams off holden tomorrow and see what the go.
