Rear End knock

I have a knocking type noise that seems to come from both sides(more dominant on passenger side) at the rear of my series 2 VT SS. Thing is it only does it when i steer slightly in either direction, not at any other time. Ive had a quick look over the pit, but couldnt see a thing. Any idea's?

I have a noc aswell, but it is coming from my diff centre. sure its not that ?.

Doesnt seem like the diff centre, seems more to the outside, taking it to driveline place today to get it checked out


Found it that it is the diff, apparently newer diffs or these ones use a single cone instead of the old Duel, the problem causes the diff to act like a locked diff. $250 to repair with a simple additive change new pinion seal etc
