Spoiler?

Ok, well I jumped the gun a little and went out and bought a spoiler (VX SS Spoiler) for my VX II Acclaim. I think I might be regretting it. I've seen a couple of VX's around in the last 2 days with spoilers and they don't look THAT great. Something is telling me just to re-sell the spoiler and cut my losses. I've got to the point where I'm thinking.. if it isn't an SS or S.. don't make it look like one.

Do you guys think the VX looks good with the SS spoiler? Opinions.. ?

Don't ask for people's opinion on what you're going to do to your car..

If you like it, do it. Ask people after you've done it and that's only if you're interested.. After all, it is your pride and joy, not other peoples..

We own a VX SS and I think the spoiler looks great...
But if we didn't then we wouldn't have bought it :unsure: lol

I threw one on my ride the other day...beefed up the rear no end....but you will all just have to wait untill I get home from the Supercheap gig to see pix of her again..... :thumbsup:

As its been said, its your car, if it makes you feel good do it!!
I've got a VX S and I dont like the rear wing. Im putting a Manta style one on.
More subtle I think.
But if you like it then do it!!! :thumbsup:

Just remember to put double-sided tape on it before doing up the bolts...I leave the plastic stuff on , so it doesn't scratch me paint.......as I am sorting the holes out....then take the plastic off as u put the spoiler on for the last time, as you bolt it... :thumbsup:

Yeah I know it's what I want, and at the moment I don't think I do. I'll wait 'til I've put the 18"s and lowered it, then just rest the spoiler on top and take photo's with and without. Then decide if I'll mount it or not. Packages arriving (spesh big ones!) supposed to be good news.. HAH!

Why double sided tape? Between spoiler/boot, or for the "template" ? And leave the tape after bolting?

I got mine from ebay. $140 primed, $240 painted. $30 ontop of that for delivery. They're based in qld though, so maybe you could pick up.
