Just stock NGK or GM plugs, No Need for expensive ones, Though i bough a Set of Iridium plugs for $30 Bucks and seem fine, Thought Longer lasting, 60,000 not 40,000, Less servicing makes me happy lol

Copper plugs are $1.80 each from super cheap - job done

Which brand and/or SC is this? Best price on special I've seen there is $3.70 a piece. Maybe you're referring to Champion? Great fishing sinkers. Generally the good (OEM) stockies are $20 a set.

Nothing wrong with NGK or Denso, but if you don't want to turn the thread as many times in its life, you can pick NGK Iridiums for $80 off eBay rated to a 60,000 mile interval (100,000kms), so TCO works out about the same as stock ones with less ins and outs.

I've hit 50,000 on mine and she's still not missing a trick.

Cost me $1.80 for a plug from a super cheap in Logan last year, even the small spare parts shop in Tenterfield sells them for $3 each.

I just use the cheapies because otherwise I'd be spending $100 on iridiums every time I blow an intercooler hose - iridium plugs are probably a bit more practical in a car that isn't boosted.

Just the standard ones are good to go and no need for those fancy ones at an over inflated price.
Just how much spark do you really need?
