VT Berlina wagon 5.0 litre
hey guys.
i have a VT berlina 5 litre and it is basicly stock with the exception to a LSD.
i was wanting to upgrade the chip in it but was wondering if it is as simple as just upgrading or do i have to do other modifications to the motor for me to notice more power?
Was thinking or getting a HSV chip?
also where would i be able to purchase a upgrade chip in Adelaide and what are the prices?

The HSV 195 chip will give you a little more power but the fuel consumption is dreadful, it is made for an engine with a mild cam as well & just isnt right for a standard engine, best get a proper performance memcal done.
You will get better gains with more mods done but its really up to you if you do your exhaust & stuff first, although i would reccomend doing all the mods so they can be taken into account when programming the memcal.
