If i get out my favourite tool (hammer and chisel) and smash a hole in the bottom of my exhaust, will it go fast and what will it sound like?

why not? 4 inch exhaust makes it go faster so why wouldn't a standard one with a big hole in the bottom. same as a straight through muffler.

no dont do it the epa will fine you a fair bit if they find it.
