Hey peoples, whats goin on??

I'm planning to get the FIT 1.97:1 Ratio roller rockers for my VXII Ecotec.

My question being is will they still work later down the track if i get a bigger cam??

I don't know if i will do the cam in the future, all i know is atm i don;t have the cash for a cam but i still want to keep my options open in the future...

Provided you get a cam grind specific to the rockers, you are OK. If you just ask for an off-the-shelf cam, you may end up getting spring bind or a valve hitting a piston etc, apart from a poor running engine.

Changing the rocker ratio and getting a different cam are essentially aimed at the same objective - to increase the air/fuel getting into the piston chamber, so it may be worth thinking about your best path rather than both.
