Hey guys,

As the heading suggests, I am in the need for new DBA Slotted rotors both for the front and rear. I say I need this coz UltraTune have specified to me that the VT needs a brake fluid flush. I figure I might just get a brake specialist place to put in new rotors, new brake pads and flush it at the same time.

Can anyone suggest where to buy them and roughly at what price (so I don't get ripped off). Does anyone have thoughts/used on RDA rotors? :whistling

I am an RDA agent. I can do fronts for $132 a pair, rears $142 a pair and pads are $28 a set.

Go with Abba Fan on the rotors, cause he's local and shipping from anywhere eastern is too expensive, and RDA are a good thing. But for the pads, if you're looking for something with a bit more bite and performance go these:

I sell heaps of RDA pads to trade as well and there's nothing wrong with them, but for my own car I'd personally want a little bit more, especially if you're going with slotted rotors.

And that's a good price for those rotors too!

LOL, I just sent you a PM on another Commy forum. How come the rear ones cost more? I've looked on the RDA site and obviously the RDA's are slotted also? What do you do in the way of brake pads?

I've got Green Stuff pads in the rear, and by golly, they leave stacks of brake dust. I plan on steering away from the EBC. I've got the Bendix Heavy Duty's on the front and they stop damn well and surprisingly, give off the least amount of brake dust (I'm a heavy braker too).

I'm keen on trying new stuff for my VT. Only way to find out what works right? ;)

Do you know what sort of price bracket DBA's go into? I have them on my car now but I can't remember how much they set me back last time :bang:

Go with the RDA's! ;)

PM'd you on the other site....Oh and they are freight free from me =)

I found Green stuff to be less messy than Bendix, but what ever works. The Red stuff pads have kevlar in them and are virtually dustless, but are more expensive again at $210.

So if I order the rotors from you, it costs me nothing to get it to me ;) ;) :whistling

Are the Red stuff $210 as a pair?
