'07 VZ Acclaim wagon.
Here she is, folks, my first car. 2007 VZ Acclaim wagon with 150 on the clock.

Got it for a pretty good price through an auction yard, as it's an ex-fleet vehicle. Goes well, I'm very happy with it.

Heaps of space for bikes (My main reason for getting a wagon) and plenty of room for me to stretch out and sleep in, if ever need be.

Future plans will be to change the head-unit to something iPod compatible. I like the convenience of having all my music at my fingertips, and not needing to muck around with CDs and all that. After that, I might lower it a bit over some VE SS wheels.

Update: 20/4/2011

Engine: The usual ol' 3.6 Alloytec

Exhaust: Twin 2.25" cat-back from a VX LS1 wagon. Rear muffler has been replaced by 2.5" straight pipes. Actually doesn't sound as bad as you may think.

Suspension: Standard brahs.

Wheels: Standard. Exciting, I know.

Modifications: Few bits and bobs here and there. Exhaust, two-hole mod to the airbox with an air feed, UH400SX UHF with a 6DB aerial and a pair of fog lights.

Stereo Audio / Visual: Standard + an aux-input into the factory HU.

Estimated Power: 175kw or whatever from factory.

Well I gave the wagon a good wash last week and it came up pretty well, so I figured I'd pop some new pics up. Not much has really changed, just a few bits which I've added on. Nothing too flash, but hey, it gets me around.

Already has a tint :p

Yeah, probably just lower it on some VE SS wheels, see how I go.

Nice wagon aye, What plans you got for it?

As for the ipod connectivity, see Pheddy in ASR section, you can get a Do-it-Yourself kit AUX in.

Hmm, I'll look into that. I would like it if I could keep the steering wheel controls, too. Thanks mate.

The ASR kit allows for the stock HU to be retained, keeping the Steering whel controls. Get the RCA mod whilst your at it aswell. Incase you wana run a amp/sub later on..

Looks good dude. Plans should work out wel.. Take the mud flaps off but;)

Currently sorting out a Phreddy aux-in mod for it, which will be very awesome. :D

Did the two-hole mod the other day, ditched the standard snorkel and now have a cold air feed coming from under the front bumper, feeding up to behind the headlight. Also have a Lukey air filter on the way.

I took it for a drive last night, and I wasn't expecting a big difference, but as I was driving down the street I noticed a different sound. Gave it a bit more juice, and it certain does have a bit more of a growl now! Only other difference I noticed was slightly better fuel economy. I'm pretty happy with it.
