Licence and speeding query

Long story short ,
Got a few speeding fines/No p plates fines in the past which has resulted me being on the 1 point for 12 months option .

Im on my p's and get my full license at the start of Aug this year .

However I got caught speeding (108 in a 100 zone, yes im a ######## )and that has put me over the 1 point for 12 months bond , Now ive got to go 6 months with no license.
But my question is , when those 6 months are over will I be straight onto my full license or will that push my P plates futher back another 3 months etc ?

I'm pretty sure you need to do the whole 3 months again, as you're time being a P plater would be on halt until your license is re-instated.

It wouldn't roll over while you don't have it.. Well generally speaking.

Fairly certain it will extend for however long your license is suspended for, I know people who have lost their license and they just went overseas for 6 months because it was just easier that way .

Pretty sure there's a 6 mth extension on your P's. Could be wrong though. Ring VicRoads on Monday morning and spend 3.5hrs on hold only to be told " ummm, I don't know. I'll have to transfer you."

gives you an extra 6 months atleast to look for the next best thing.
afterall you have to turn a negative into a positive.
so better get out the pushy and build a trailer to haul your tools for work in it.

Have u paid it already? Doesn't the penalty kick in only after u've paid it? Pay it after u have ur full's in aug, only thing is Ur fine will be bigger with late fees

Nah havent payed it yet , ill wait till the letter from vicroads or does that come after ive payed the fine ?


anyways to Throw another spanner into the works im off that 1 point for 12 months in i think 3 weeks , if i pay the fine/start the suspension in 3 weeks time would that mean they take them off the 5 points i get back when im off the 12 month thingie ?
