the LS9 cam is a good dedicated PD blower camshaft that will meet factory idle and emissions and make power, for the PD blower a intake duration in the early 220's is fine but the exhaust is where it needs help as the factory LS9

This was great advise. Something that was starting to do my head in, but you’ve made it understandable for the lamen. You said low 220’s for intake.. I’m in at 219. And I didn’t have ex high enough at 224 so I’ve gone out to 234. With an LSA of 114.
lsa 114. 219/234 0.600 lift.

How streetable will that cam be with your transmission and rear gears?

What is your transmission and rear gears?

6sp manual. The gear ratio is factory. . No intention of pulling the gearbox out again as I’ve just replaced yhr clutch and pressure plate.

what is the lift on the 219 intake ? have to be careful with the lower durations also as they usually have over .600 lift which can be harder on the valvetrain

What are you referring to when you say 6060?? Diff ratio??? StocK from HSV
