EOI: Polished Inlet Manifolds

I am working with PAUL'S METAL POLISHING to start an exchange program 4 the Ecotec V6 Manifolds when i get the first 1 done (WILL BE GOIN ON MY CAR) i will post up step by step pics with prices & options...

These will include :

1, Complete inside & out (Manifold & Plenum)

2, Complete Outside (Manifold & Plenum)

3, Middle Section & Top Cover (Plenum)

4, Top Cover (Top of Plenum)

5, Throttle Body (Inside & Out)

6, CUSTOM ALLOY INJECTOR COVERS (Helps With Fuel Consumption When Engine Cover Not Fitted)

(ALL WILL INCLUDE NEW GASKET KIT FITTED)

All u need 2 do is Remove, Send & Refit

We can also do ur own but ur car will have 2 be off the road

It should be done with in the month...

If there is enough intrest i will get it finished ASAP

By exchange you mean we send you out manifold and you send us another one all done but not actually our original manifold?

I want to get this done but want it done on MY manifold and not get someone elses ****ty one if you get me.

We can do ur own Manifold...

The only reason we will be doing exchange is to keep your car on the road longer...

We do not know how long it will take ATM (Shipping, cleaning, polishing & reassembly) but it is all up 2 the buyer

Full checks will be carried out on the Manifolds b4 polishing

I dont mind my car being off the road its goin off the road soon anyways.

Yea includes everything... We are in the process of making covers 4 the injectors they will be included aswell unless instructed...

Could not give a price ATM cant really guess either cos it might be more or less... will send PM as soon as we know...

If u take the cover off the injectors cool down abit & fuel does not atomise aswell i didnt believe it at first but when i tested it i lost 70kms on a tank of fuel...

Polishing the inside of a plenum will make it USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!

Think of a golfball without all the indents, its too smooth and wont cut through the wind, think of this in the intake of a car...

The rough surface is there for a reason...

ok maybe but with performance in mind... cooler fuel (and air mixture) = more dense mixture = more power cause there is more air and fuel in the combustion chamber. with a cooler intake charge you will also be able to increase your ignition timing and probably gain back your 70km a tank with increased torque and power.....possibly. i run without the engine cover on and i haven't noticed a huge loss in km/per tank etc
