I'm getting a similar issue, revving fluctuation or hesitation between 1.5 - 2.5 RPM. Not sure what it could be but I feel I've lost power on lower RPM. Have posted about this before but no fix yet for me :(

I've played with the vent and it is set on the open position...as for the duct i'll have to check but i don't feel any air on my feet when the system is running. I'll have a fiddle tonight, but otherwise this has me stumped. Thanks for your help though mate
