I've got to replace my bushes in vy 6 cyl, any problems in doing it

On my 6 cyl. vy irs rear universal there's 6 bolts 3 of which are Torque type which ones do I remove,need to replace gear box seal

Been following diagnostic extration codes,most state to short out 5 & 6 but on mine there is no 6 only 2.4.5 on top row and 9.12.16 on bottom row, what pins do I short out or how do I extract the codes,maybe after years of shorting the wrong pins some one can help.
