    ummm u cant replace the ones in the fuel fittings, but there are 2 on each injector though, would probably be best to get new ones just to be sure angainst fuel and vacuum leaks... carby cleaner, probably wouldn't go astray lol didn't think of that.... um PCV valve lets the engine draw in fresh...

    with the paper gaskets silicone not important, but security if u do... with the rubber ones a little oil and sometimes grease i the groove will hold the hold the rubber seal in to groove till u can get it in all the way around.... if u get stuck u know where im at....

    u can replace the inner bit of the regulator, held in by the circlip depending on how ur hoses and fuel fittings on the rail are, u have to replace the whole fuel rail, regulator and hoses with fittings

    well, no vac leak, used a whole tank of 95 octane to do 200 ks... wtf is what im thinking... no one has or can pinch the fuel, nor have i got a leak, its beyond me it runs lean and even smells lean, but uses lots of fuel..... someone please shed some light or ideas on the situation please...

    haha yeah i reckon must be the 3.9 stroker, lol... um yeah bud it does have 2.5 catback but it is definatly missing, and using way too much fuel, gonna do a trip tomoro on the highway to see how much its using and whether it is just the stop and start sh*t....

    hey thanks mate pulled cam angle sensor out the other day, the sprocket just had hole in it no cage no nothing..... might have some **** rolling around in the bottom of the timing cover i think.... tomoro job i beleive... i thought the pick up worked by magentism when the sprocket went around...

    well, finally got xome codes out of it today.... bout time...ended up with 32,44,48,76 now im not sure what sensors are linked on the same circuit as one another but, i have got 32 for MAF sensorsignal missing, 44 for lean exhaust, 48 for camshaft sensor signal missing and 76 for short term fuel...

    some reason when starting up in morning.... right.... it starts, and or take about 2-3 seconds to start, then revs to about 1400 like normal, then stumbles n mumbles and carries on for 5 seconds or so then runs fine.... even if i cycle the key 3-4 times to build fuel pressure still doesnt make...

    yeah but all that is good, coils are brand new, leads are new, heat sheilds on or off no difference, replaced CAS today, acceleration is bit better and snap neck kick when u plant it but still slightly surging/idling rough under no load.....

    depends how worn the engine is mate but go for a comp. test should not differ anymore than 10% from the highest and lowest reading depending on how it goes a slight leak possibly valves or a craked head, large leak more than likely a head gasket.... good luck

    hey bud, check your plugs, leads and coil packs, if possible replace/swap with known good ones... if no good then replace fuel filter, mine did same thing till this process of elimination, also check if ur exhaust has oil in it, if so ur PCV valve under the plenum is probably stuck open or leakin
