With the Mace ones the fulcrum is changed which enables it to have a higher lift.

As Wraith said, the rockers are modified to increase the amount of lift. Standard is 1.6, these are 1.9.

Not quiet, a fulcrum is the point against which a lever is placed to get a purchase, or on which it turns or is supported. Basically put, the pivot point. the pivot point on a rocker does not change to change the ratio. To change the ratio you have to change the distance of the push rod cup in relation to the pivot point. The Rocker ratio is calculated by dividing the distance from the pivot to the rocker tip by the distance of the push rod cup to the pivot point.
