I really don't mean to hate, but I don't understand why someone would buy a Calais to modify it... Especially considering the VZ model is a very recent and comfy car, modding it by increasing rim size; lowering it; adding engine mods; this would all detract from the comfortability of the car. Just something I'm putting out there, but each to their own. It's your car do what you want with it.

Surely you can add a nice cat back and CAI without taking away the comfort of a Calais.

Drone. It'll drone to buggery and sound like shite. Some people prefer the drone as it indicates that they've got some sort of performance boost out of it. Sounds like crap if you ask me, and on that note the sound will leak into the cabin of the car from under, even the Calais, kinda detrimental to the beauty of the stock ride.

Not necessarily, I have a 2.5 cat back and it doesn't drone and wether you believe it or not a more free flowing exhaust does increase power, as well as a CAI but as they say

HATERS GONNA HATE:)
