2007 Ve Commodore
Hi , I’m just wondering if I could get abit of help as I have a 2007 Ve commodore I was driving one day and the car just stopped and the check engine light come on stability control and the car has a miss fire I was told
It was the fuel pump so replaced it with a brand new one that didn’t fix the problem I got told the crank angle sensor replaced that never helped now
I’ve been told it could be the ECU so I was wondering if anyone could give me a bit of help and telling me if that’s what it could be please . I’m based in Brisbane so if it is that was wondering does anyone know where I could get one cloned please .

Stop loading the parts cannon. Get it diagnosed properly. There is a whole world of evidence based diagnostics out there.

No one on the internet can solve it with anything more than guesses which won’t change your situation.

Find someone who specialises in diagnostics.

You need to stop taking it to idiots who can't diagnose the problem correctly for a start and just keep replacing parts and hoping for the best.
You need to get it on a scanner and see what actual codes it is generating for anyone to be able to help you.
It could be anything from a faulty ECU to a coolant sensor dropping out which can kill the engine as it thinks it's cold.
Wild ass guess work and get your battery load tested is all you are going to get for replies without the scan codes!

A lot of the time I suspect those people aren’t idiots because they get your money regardless. Why not come up with something random to replace if it’s always the customer that’s paying!

if the mechanic pulls we'll try this because its the cheapest option, they have no idea how to diagnose anything and will continue to change parts until either they guess correctly or you run out of money. Weather they do it to bleed people dry or are they just sh*t theres plenty of those types arounds be carefull.
