Im looking at bolting a xforce catback system on my car and im wondering what the chances are of the check engine light coming on from the exhaust being more free flowing. I dont want to have to get a tune just yet

cat back I wouldnt imagine you shouldnt have an issue. Now if it was headers and cats I would say pretty good chance

Engine light won't come on with just a catback.

i guess aslong as you dont damage the downstream O2 sensors when installing your catback exhaust. then you shouldnt have a CEL problem.
only if you change or move your cats then you might get check engine error
