I have reset the ECU quite abit and it still does it.

Hunting, it could be a lose fuel hose clamp or split in the fuel line. It will tend to hunt at idle if you have a fuel leak somwhere. I found on mine the hose on the passenger rail was lose.

also if its hunting in neutral while your at speed, its because the ECU see's your moving and tries to bring the revs up, its pretty normal for it to do that

Sounds plausible, Since its only while rolling and in neutral. Never while just sitting still.

Just curious as my other cars never did it.

hey mate, ive got a 220i and mine was a little similier to ur prob when i changed the exhaust however, the ecus do teach themselves and i noticed as i put more kays through the exhaust the power came back and some, be patient and see what happens, if no good click on the raptor thread and order a 10psi kit lolol ull be lighting up the rears again easy

damn, dont you hate crap like that? you trace and retrace your steps thinkin you knocked something or didnt do up a bolt and it turns out to be completely unrelated.

Changed the fuel pump today, fuel filter, exhaust has carbon on it. runs great now.
