I've just done air bags on the rear of my VT Calais for exactly the same reason. Got sick of putting stickies on when I had to tow.

yer i just dont want to go tow and rub the **** out of everything cheers for the help

If your trailer is set up correctly you will have around 15 - 20 kgs downward towball pressure in which case everything should be fine (if it's ok in normal conditions). If you run much more than that downward pressure rehash your trailer and balance it properly.
