3.8 making a flapping sound

Hey, I've got a manual VS 3.8 and it's started making a flapping noise, the faster you go the faster it flaps lol any ideas?
Was thinking maybe a cralasped lifter or cracked manifold

Flaps, lol, a tyer flaps with peeled rubber, a belt can flap if its peeling, never heard of a lifter or air leak to flap.
