As for coils I think the gm loom is the best set-up with the coil loom part of the injectors loom, start moving it around and I think it just looks messy. As for those covers that cover the coils What a dog breakfast they are!

Yeah I agree about the coil cover, they look fair replulsive.

I'm also not a great fan of the coils on the rocker covers.
I think if I run the wiring properly and cover it with some convoluted pipe it should look just about invisible. The engine bay looks so much cleaner with the rocker covers open.

The coils should fit on these too... But yeah, I want them without the coils on them.

Those rocker cover look a bit of alright and havent seen to many of that type fitted just yet here in australia.
Sure you can keep the standard lenght H-T leads?

They're 2.5" taller then standard. So maybe not. (I'll message them and ask)
Are you positive that it'll make a difference?

I mean, I've seen plenty of old girls pulling big numbers with 4ft leads fro mthe dizzy.

Im not saying a four foot lead dosent work but a 6-8 inch lead has to work better with its less resistance. Its been proven that the stock oem leads are the best for the ls1.

Yeah thats fair enough.
I just wouldn't have thought an extra inch would even register on the dyno.

Short vid from last time it was on a dyno, currently working on my own design coolant tank/power steer resi/catch can will put up some progress shots as I go.
