Hi All. I've put all new (six) - Genuine GM / AC Delco shift solenoids, 3-2 downshift solenoid, and Force solenoid etc on my VZ LS1.
I've got a Tech 2 and wondering is any sort of parameter reset required in terms of ECU re-learning etc if required.

Thanks

4L60e solenoid changes normally don't require any parameter resets. VZ service manual is silent on this at first glance.

I’ve changed the solenoids before in the 5L40E in my SV6 and it didn’t complain about it. Don’t see why a 4L60E would.

I saw Envyous customs software has this feature so not tied to Tech2.

there is a few resets u can do (hpt scanner) like it will eventually learn back to the previous table settings its just much quicker to reset them as it only updates after a drive and key off, not like fuel trims that learn as u drive
