I had a 94 SR5 dual cab hilux, had it for almost 10 years and i still regret selling her!

2" lift and 33", went everywhere in that thing

I'll try to find some photos and scan them ;)

This is my newest toy, picked it up for $3000 2000 model Jackaroo. I would love it if the bash plates weren't so low (incentive to raise it up a bit).

I've been a keen 4wder for a few years now. After a 253 powered hilux i stepped upto an 80 series cruiser. I recently got the chance to upgrade to a family members 1999 FZJ105 cruiser.

Its got a 3" lift
36" Simex ET2's
TJM Bar, Warn 9.5XP and Lightforce 240 Blitz's
Snorkel
Lokka.
I try to get out and use it atleast once a month.

Mine. Haven't been 4wding in it but that's because it's still new. I plan on taking it through the Wombat State Forest soon.

Ooooo Another Jack Owner

I picked one up and their fantastic.

1999 Model with 3.0 Turbo Inter-cooled Diesel
Dual Battery Set Up, W/ Plugs in the back
2.5 Tone Tow bar set up
Dual Spotties
Stiffer Rear shocks and Extra Leaf spring for Towing
I removed the rear back seats as well (6th & 7th)

I do like that in the middle of the floor under the back seats is a little storage hatch for where I keep my recover equipment.

I've had to several times tow broken down 4x4's back through the inland track at Bribie & it does this with such ease.

Great for towing too, I have towed the trailer with 2 x Bikes + Quad in the rear of the car & filled to the brim with camping gear and you wouldn't even know it's there.

I do agree with the lift though. I find that the transfer case hangs a bit too low for my liking and is prone to been struck when driving through ruts.

Don't use it for heavy 4x4'ing but it's great for beach/ bush trips. Nothings better than waking up on a Sunday and just jumping in the car and spending the day up Bribie with the Missus and a fishing Rod

(NOT ME IN THE PHOTOS'S)

If I wan't to get dirty I have something else for that. It fits in the back of the jackaroo too and is indestructible
