Jonah Lomu died this morning at the age of 40..

Sad. He was an amazing player in his prime.

As a Rugby league player. Even I looked up to to him. He was a tank with legs. Really sad to see him pass so suddenly. I know hes been having kidney issues to varying degrees for a long time now, but he was essentially "fine" 2 days ago doing promo work for RU overseas. Just really shocking it went south that fast.

Terrible news. RIP Jonah. So tragic as it really appeared in recent years that his health woes were behind him ,he'd become a really prominent figure in New Zealand sports, not just Rugby and then this happening so suddenly. A great player and more importantly a great man gone way too soon.
