One thing I found quietly funny , was when he got pinged driving one of his muscle cars , without actually having a license , I love that .

but still rest in peace big man , the true gentle giant .

I used to have a rented car park next to his in Wellington a few years ago. It was always entertaining seeing what he'd chosen to drive that day - JZA80 Supra, R34 GTR, F250 pickup, RS4 Avant, and best of all walking to my car one day and seeing Mark Bardsley's Camaro parked there. He really was passionate about speed and always had a big grin and a thumbs-up at the ready.

RIP big guy.
