Hey guys,
I need help to identify a movie but i can't figure out the title and it's driving me nuts.
It's about a group of people and the scam they pull.
The stuff i can remember that might help.
-They steal stuff out of skip bins to make a "talking computer" but really someone is just operating it from another room (think they call it simon or somthing that starts with S)
-They are throwing tennis balls at a water tower, i think trying to paint it?
Any direction or help would be awesome
