Im just having problems with my vx starting when its cold takes a few goes just wanted to check the error codes on a proper scan tool Ive tried the old light flashing method but no one can work it out.

you mean you need to check bcm ecu key and stuff not covered in the engine light codes

whats left after is stuff that doesn.t throw a code

PPL keep telling me its the tps. I have changed twice now and no difference would really just like to use the scantool now.

to me thats 101 and 22

101 no idea - unless its gas related .. the mixer valve ?

22 doesnt make sense either as TPS has been replaced and codes cleared

22 -Throttle Position Sensor Voltage Signal LOW Circuit possibly Shorted to Ground

Most mechanic shops or auto electricians will have a tech2/scan tool. Just ring a few and get a price.

Anyone ? I dont feel like paying $90 for a 5 minute plug in probably to find nothing anyway
