Don't buy a old catalytic converter, just grab a new Euro 4 400 cell one and chop fit

An old cat is likely to fail emissions, you might be lucky though and hope you get a good one, but I don't use hope as a planning tool to pass an emissions test

Around $200 a pop

2 of the big Euro 5 400 cell high flows helped me pass emissions on my "spicy" LS1

Your VX only needs to meet Euro 3, but try and find one

Good luck passing the emissions
