Nah they just charge you an hour even if it's a 15 minute job.

had this happen last week. $140 for the new part and didnt get a price on labour. going in tomoz to get it fixed. sounds easy to replace but im not too sure about playing with airbags

Yea I was a bit like that when I first did it, but if you remove the fuse and d/c the battery and leave it for about 15 minutes then it can't go off, it's impossible because there's no power to the airbag.

unless you plug the yellow plug in upside down, then it sets off an SRS warning that needs tech 2 to reset :banstick:

Thankfully had mine replaced under warranty today, but I confirmed the price.. $130 for the part and $120 for labor.. outrageously expensive..
