Looking for a new Commodore
I'm in the market for a second hand vehicle and I have seen a 2006 VE for sale priced at $5,993.00 with 223502 k's on the clock. Is this a good deal? Has it done too many k's? When is too many k's for a 2006 VE?
For people who own the 2006 VE, what do you roughly pay for insurance?

Over 200,000 kM is a risk, but for $6,000 it's all you can expect. Best I think you can do is have service history, if you can establish timing chains have been done before hopefuly that's one less issue you might have. Regular servicing is important to have a better chance of getting a good run out of it.

Thanks. I think I'll look for something smaller.

Hi it's cheap, but it it drives ok and has been looked after will have a few KMs left. Timing chain check is a must. I,VE done 165k in mine and still solid good car.

If you have a good mechanic get a good check done, Inc a/c working auto trans
