I have a MACE OBDII cable that I want to use to read and clear codes in a VT LS1 and I can't get it to communicate with the car. Has anyone done this with the MACE cable before and got it working? I reckon it would have to be a driver issue.

which module do you wish to connect to.everything but the engine is aldl engine is obd2

I have the old air bag light on. Want to find out if it was because it sat with a dead battery for 3 months or if it's the clock spring.

will need an ALDL cable obd2 wont do it

Sorry for the hijack naaf but is there a program to access the dash via aldl? Have got tuner pro and can log. Want to know if I can customise the dash without a tech 2

Don't know, don't think so.

But I have sorted my issue, have a mate coming around tonight to plug his Tech 2 into it
