Car won't start =( after head deck was installed.

i recently just changed the head deck on my car 96 Vs s2, and forgot to put the rca's in correctly. Put the car all back together again and went to turn my lights on and the fuse in no4 blew aswell as the no1. I started my car n everything was working ok after i changed the fuses, as soon as i turned my car off nothing worked after that except for the head deck, climate control and headlights, i tried turning the key and have nothing through the ignition =/ no reds or nothing. Can someone please help have no idea what it is?? =(
