Mode light is flashing and the error codes not making sense seems to be doing sets of ten

VX II Acclaim Wagon.
Local locksmith charges $130 for a VX key. Provide, cut and program.
If you can get it all fixed and functioning for less good on you. I went for the easy option. It was the right one for me.

Put a fully charged battery in it, put your key in and turn it to ON, leave it for 1hr come back and try and start. sometimes works sometimes doesnt.
if it doesn't work you'll probably need to get someone with a scan tool

Maybe the BCM and ECU were from different cars and are not linked. Did you remove them from a vehicle or were they off the shelf.
I can't believe you went to all that trouble to save a few dollars on a key.

well as accent said, sounds like the ecu/bcm are not linked
so now you can have mobile mechanic come out and link them
or have a new remote and key blade made to suit your vin
refit all the stuff you took out
which will then start your car and unlock drivers door if you get a flat battery(you forgot about that)
whilst your at it get a spare set as well
