dremel it out, there is a good pic of someones DIY effort on here somewhere

For the sake of $15 a wheel, the amount of time it would take you to do it yourself would make it un-economical. I mean, if you wanted to be really cheap i guess you could.

I didn't realize it was that cheap, I've never actually phoned any places up for some quotes, I am buying the wheels today so ill give a few places a ring, thanks for all the help everyone, not so much HTV1900 however haha

also wouldnt the spacers push the wheel out further meaning you would need to get your guards flared not just rolled??
