Where did you find the mention of canbus decoder? Couldnt see it

I can see it has a harness to receive the canbus connector though.

that is the screen behind the vents? I assume you would unscrew the existing screen. Do these work with the existing stereo unit?

others take forever to boot when you start the vehicle and you end up having no reverse cam for a minute or so.

I do know with the Atoto units (at least for the regular DIN fitment one I bought) they send you two ISO harnesses for this scenario, if the "fits most cars" (aka harness A) harness doesn't work, the second one usually fixes it - something to do with how the unit is powered and a one or two pin difference between the two harnesses. That isn't a completely no name brand either though like these ones seem to be. Having said that, if you bought one specifically for the model you're fitting it to you'd have hoped they wouldn't need to do that.
