Correct caliper bolts

Reading this thread, general concensus is it will be fine to re-use your caliper bolts

Was the consensus that the caliper bolts on these need replacing? I wanted to pull the rotors tomorrow to inspect the shoes on the VE ute but won't be able to get new bolts anywhere as I'm in iso.

I hope your isolation isn't in a padded room, with a straight jacket....

some brake pad kits have anti rattle shims and bolts and v6 v8 standard calipers are exactly the same its only the mounting bracket that is different

Holden quoted me 40 bucks each front brembo bolt.
I ordered from US and paid 10 bucks each. They came in a Holden bag.

The caliper bolts are really, really strong given the high torque/+turn angle recommended by Holden. I've never replaced them from VS to VX, and I don't believe that VF would be any different. I note that Holden have always recommended that they be replaced from (at least) VT onwards.

WOW! That has been exported to the US from HSPO and sold back cheaper... Madness
