does a vt berlina drivers door lock have a light

Do you mean the door or the ignition? Pretty sure the ignition has one but haven't noticed anything on the door. Never use it anyway 'cause it sets off the alarm.

i dont think there would be a light there. when would it come on? cant be on all the time cos it would drain the battery. and when you have keyless entry, whats the point? you could always rip the doortrim off and install an LED on the lock ???

well i dont know what ya mean :hit: and to leave me a bad feed back is just stupid. :bop: .whats the point? can you see the door handle in the pitch dark ( open your mind and think about it :hit: )would a light to see the handle help you in the dark? its like saying dont give keys to those cars that have motors start with the remote....some mercs and higher end cars have the light in the drivers key hole when you push the remote it light up the key hole.....but seeing you the owner of a vt exec s1 i can understand you wouldnt know a lot about luxury features..... how green can a vt exec s1 owner get ......... :rice: .wow did you have a bad day 2 day :rice:

I got a Calais II and its got no light on/around the key hole. And as stated, can't use the key anyway, the alarm goes off :thumbsup:

Calais II here too, and no light .. neither in handle or keyhole .. Ignition does tho .. THAT bit is a handy feature

i saw someone posted a thread on how to wire up lights in the door handles that turn on when u press the unlock button, maybe that is wat sparked this thread?
