As Follows:

* Remove the screws along the bottom of the speaker pod

* Remove the little bit of plastic in the centre of the door handle

* Remove the 2 screws retaining the door handle and remove the door handle

* Remove the air vents (still dont really know an easy way to do this... just pry with a flat blade screwdriver with a cloth over it so you don't scratch your trim)

* Remove the screws retaining the air vent holder thingy and remove it.

* Using a little piece of stiff wire with a tiny little hook on one end, pull the red tab on the door lock towards you and lift the lock off the control rod

* Using either a rag and a lot of cuss words or a tool you can buy from supercheap for $10 to remove the window winders. If you peer behind the handle you will find that the winders are held on with a spring clip in the shape of the 'ohm' symbol. In my opinion it is 10,000 times easier to just go to supercheap and buy the window winder removal tool.

* Unless I've forgotten something, you can now give the trim a firm pull and it will come away from the door.

Sounds harder than it is :) just give it a try.

Thanx shaggerz your explaination was short and sweet and helped me out.
So i pulled the trim off and couldnt see anything wrong.
I tefloned spray the area including prying the rubber boot open and spraying inside what i 'think' was the actuator. I wouldnt have no idea how to change it as there is little room in the door. Ive attached a pic of the area.
Anyone know the tricks involved in changing the actuator?

i'd say replace. think there are a few hex head bolts or similar holding the actuator in. I may be wrong as I have never messed with them so i'm going purely from memory on something I wasnt looking for... good luck!
