[NSW] Dumb question.

Would putting an X with black tape on my headlights be classified as illegal? I'm working on a theme with my Black Calais 99 VT and i would personally think it would fit the theme i'm going for...Any laws stating so in NSW?

99% illegal as you are affecting the headlight beam. From memory you can't even put tinted covers over your lights.

I had a similar theme involving 3 bottles of Johnny Walker . The end result was the same as yours , complete blacked out lol

I'll just take a stab in the dark here, but I reckon that you might have watched to many episodes of Street Outlaws

Buy a set of perspex headlight covers, put the X on them. Get pinged .... take off the covers, leave them in the boot.
