Profile: Click on Settings on the right side top of page - then scroll down and use the tabs on the left to edit profile/avatar etc.
You can post pics of your ride
1. By clicking on your name at top of page, clicking MY VEHICLES tab, add vehicle to garage and/or
2. clicking Show Off Your Ride find your model and start a thread where you could add Pics from a photo hosting website
