Ex cop car?

Sorry if this is already a thread but couldn’t find anything to similar anyways put my rego into super cheap auto to buy some parts and one othe the options for my registration is a cop car does this mean my commodore is an ex cop car?

could be part of the series of vin numbers, when we search even a vin number it can still show 3-5 different vehicle options

Most of the standard police pack vehicles had a modified wiring loom to cater for their equipment, and the interior for their vehicles were very standard. (Meaning the executive model as general duty station cars)

In the ex cop VZ we had there was an extra button in the console for shutting off interior lights during surveillance.
Also the drivers seat was very hard/harsh to the extent swimbo got sciatica from driving it until I changed to another seat.
The different seat was quite noticeable.

Maybe - depends on the options. There are usually quite a few tell tale signs, particularly in the interior.

Drill holes for mounting equipment? My old pov-pak XE had lots of hidden and inconspicuously placed holes in odd areas.
