Fault Codes?, VS won't start...
I've got a VS Wagon Series II with the Ecotech in it. It's been stalling/dying intermitantly when driving for a while now, then it had trouble starting, somtimes it would start, other times it would just turn over and over and wouldn't go, then you could just come back a few hours later and she'd be good as gold. Didn't matter weather it was warm or cold. Now it's just dead in the driveway. It'll just turn over and over but won't fire at all.
So far we've put a brand new fuel pump in (PITA JOB TOO!)
New air filter, new fuel filter.
Swapped all the relays around with non crucial things likes horns etc.
Checked all the fuses.
We've checked all the leads and coil packs and they are all within tolerances, the DFI we've check but don't know much about. It appears it might have some strange resitances on one end, but not sure if this is normal or not...
Anyway, we did a diag on the ECU and it's giving as codes 46, 47, 49 and 76 respectivly, with a couple of 12's thrown in there to make us feel good. Is there a list of codes anywhere, or can someone help us find out what they mean and does anyone know what the hell is wrong with this thing!
All help would be greatly appreciated, we are pulling our hair out ATM! :b:
