its common sence to register ur dam car- even if your in a remote area. If he crashed his car (most probably at some pont) being a dick head on the road, there'd be hell to pay. There are laws for a damn reason, the only ones crying about 'revenue' raising are the ones who drive like idiots.
And, no i dont speed, i dont race my car about the place, i DRIVE, my job depends on my license, and i've dealt with idiot drivers behind the wheel of a truck too many times.
