Fitting LED reverse lights into a E1 GTS? (trouble shooting)

I installed these lights into my car:
BRIGHTEST 16W S25 1156 BA15S CREE White NONPOLARIZSED SMD LED Reverse Light Bulb | eBay

They were a plug and play type deal and i'd be more inclined to do something that didn't involve soldering and wire cutting etc. to prevent chance of permanent damage personally.

You may need to install a load resistor into the circuit.
